24-Year Old Brittany Williams Survives Sudden Cardiac Arrest
On December 6, 2014, 24-year-old Brittany Williams was enjoying dinner with her parents at the 3 Monkeys Restaurant in Times Square, while on vacation in New York City, when she unexpectedly went into sudden cardiac arrest.
To her good fortune, two doctors [eye doctors] - dining in the restaurant jumped into action and performed Hands Only CPR on Brittany until EMS arrived.
Brittany has now made it her mission to educate the public on the importance of learning CPR. Brittany's message stresses the importance of taking a CPR Class. She says that, "A few minutes of your time (to learn CPR) could save someone's life."

Jay Bouwmeester, 36, is in top physical condition and was a major force in the St. Louis Blues' 2019 Stanley Cup Championship. When he collapsed on the bench during a game,
Hands-Only CPR was immediately started. The medical team's quick action and an AED, restored Bouwmeester's heart to a normal rhythm. The St. Louis Blues' medical team were definitely the heroes of that NHL game!
Superbowl LIV (54) Ad Promotes Hands-Only CPR & What to Tell 9-1-1
The minutes before paramedics arrive to a life-threatening scene are critical, and a local ad set to air during Sunday’s Super Bowl will urge residents to learn how to help save a loved one’s or stranger’s life using Hands Only CPR.
The 60-second ad, run only in the Pittsburgh market right before half-time, will formally launch the “Minutes Matter” campaign, a joint initiative by the city and UPMC to offer free educational resources.

Man Saves Life 2 Weeks After City CPR Training
